#2 Set Your Start Date
After going through your eligibility for the challenge and clearly setting out an action plan with an expert, we will then set a start date that suits you, which is normally the first Monday of next month.
#3 Health & Fitness Assessment
Before your first day of the challenge we will put you through a health & fitness assessment, so both you and us can see the progress you achieve throughout the 21 days (we will do exactly the same assessment after the 21 days too).
#4 Your Are Ready To Go
Next stop progress! You will now be all set to onboard on your fitness challenge where you will be added to our amazing 21-Day Challenge Whatsapp Group Chat, introduced to your online coach and shown how to book your PPT session
