Get Fit Pathways

After making sure you are a good fit for the Get Fit program, we will take a deep dive into your health & fitness life to highlight hurdles, opportunities, strengths & weaknesses, to devise a plan of action for you to achieve your goals. After this you will be recommended one of the two Get Fit pathways below (this is not influenced by the type of goals you have):

Transform

Assuming that you fit the Get Fit client criteria. You are new to fitness or have low confidence levels, but you have big goals to change and really transform your life!

Revive

Assuming that you fit the Get Fit client criteria. You have some fitness experience but need direction to achieve the big goals you have for yourself!
