If you are having payment issues then please follow the steps below to help resolve your current issue as quickly as possible.
Payment Failed
If you have had a failed payment, please contact a member of staff during staffed hours either via the gym, email or phone call to get you payment processed.
Please be aware you will not regain access control to the gym until the payment has been processed.

Make a Payment
If your monthly membership or upfront membership has expired, please do the following.
If you are looking to renew your membership please speak to a member of staff during staffed hours for assistance on renewals or alternatively you can re-join via the Bromley Fitness Centre app or website.
